Noseburn Destination: Sunderbans


Why?
· World's largest delta formed by the rivers Ganges, Brahmaputra and Meghna

· Dark and foreboding mangroves

Getting there:
· (by road) Kolkata – Basanti/Sonakhali (3 hours) – (boat to) Sajnekhali (3 hrs)
· (by road) Kolkata – Basanti/Sonakhali (3 hours) – (public ferry to) Gosaba (1 hr) – (boat to) Sajnekhali (2 hrs)
Boats and guides are available for excursions through the mangroves from Sajnekhali.
